Can DNS Zone Records Be Imported

Hi,   I have set up a new VPS and am migrating my zone entries to the VPS as i have not decided if i want to go with cloudflare for my dns or not.   I noticed in my cPanel back files that then dnszones folder is in the backup as well along with the sites example.db files

Can this .db file be imported to the new VPS so i wont have to add all the records manually?

  If you use the transfer tool or do a restore of a cPanel backup, the DNS zone will be recreated on the new server (and adjusted for IP changes).

  Hi i am not familiar with the transfer tool, is that in cpanel or WHM, under what section ?

  Transfer Tool is in WHM, and is by far the easiest way to move your sites from one server to another.  You can find more details on that here;
