    This looks like the key: "Read-only file system".  Your disk has been set to read-only which usually indicates a failing drive or a file system error.  You'll need to fix that issue before you can continue with ELevate.

    Do you have any guide line on this?

    it's going to depend on what the issue is.  Sometimes a reboot will fix it, other times you'd have to run fsck, sometimes you have to replace the drive.  Unless you have console access to the server, you prob. want to get your host/data center involved.

    problem stage 3 solved, the packages unsupported need to remove only can be go to stage 4

     

    In case of failure you probably want to reply to a few extra questions or remove some conflicting packages.
