How cPanel end users can scan through ImunifyAV interface?

Hello,

I have cPanel&WHM version 120.0.16. . ImunifyAV is installed and working correctly in WHM, but the "ImunifyAV" interface was not present in users' cPanel interfaces.
Then I have enable it, I was read on this link https://support.cpanel.net/hc/en-us/articles/360062390734-ImunifyAV-interface-not-visible-for-cPanel-end-users

Now, ImunifyAV interface is visible in users´cPanel interfaces. But, user are not able to scan own files. 

Is there any way to enable this?

  Hey hey!  When you say the users aren't able to scan, do they get an error message of some sort?  Does anything show up in the cPanel log when they try and use the scan function?

  Hello,
  
  cPRex users can see Imunify Av interface but are not able to run scan own files.
  Is there any possibility to enable scan for user?
  
  quietFinn we have Alma linux 8 installed.
  Can I work with these instructions for Cloud linux?
