Cannot stay logged into WHM for longer than a minute

As the title states I get logged out after only a minute or so.

My IP address has not changed the whole time this is happening so it cannot be that.

I thought it was a terminal issue as I found it was happening when I was in terminal quite often, but now it is happening any any page and pretty much after a minute or so I am logged out.

I have rebooted the server. still the same.

  I changed browser to Firefox and this has stopped.
