no more designated IP addresses.

I am trying to deploy more accounts via my WHM Panel , but it's showing that I have no more designated IP addresses, how do I move past this. I am trying to deploy 100 accounts a day to be able to move all my prior account over to c panel, this seems to be a not so user friendly feature compared to other panels.

  If you are trying to transfer an account that has dedicated IP address in the source server, and you don't have free dedicated IP address(es) in the destination server the transfer will fail. 
  In that case you must uncheck the Dedicated IP checkbox.
