Centos 7 Extended Life

I bought an extended life for Centos 7 direct from TuxCare. Why am I being forced to pay for it again from Cpanel with no option to choose who I purchase it from?

  How is it right to have no opt out to the Cpanel extended support - which as you state the price will continue to increase over time - when I have purchased it for a year from Tuxcare via OpenLogic already? OpenLogic state on their website, "CentOS LTS is available through December 2029". Yet we are being FORCED to ALSO pay Cpanels extended support at steadily increasing rates. Doesn't seem right - or legal...

  Hey there!  It is my understanding that if your cPanel license is purchased through us the extended support also has to come from us.  However, I can't do anything for billing or licensing issues through the Forum so it would be best to create a ticket or email cs@cpanel.net to get in touch with our customer service team.

  I personally have no idea on that one - you'd have to speak with the Customer Service team so they can check your account.
