    If you have root access to WHM there is such a menu alternative.

    "cPanel Technical Support is available for cPanel Partners and Direct customers." - basically if you didn't pay cPanel directly for the cPanel license you aren't technically allowed to directly contact them for support. You'll need to contact the company you are licensing the software through for support - it'll be the company you pay for your web hosting (usually monthly or yearly).

    If you aren't sure who to contact, you will need to find out your servers IP address (see https://support.cpanel.net/hc/en-us/articles/360051035614-How-do-I-find-my-server-s-IP-address or, in your cPanel control panel, you should see a bit saying "Shared IP Address" on the right hand side in a panel) - once you know that, the form on https://support.cpanel.net/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360004001854 should guide you to your hosting reseller.
