Should I rebuild my server

Given a numerous amount of service issue with my WHM/cpanel operations, I'm thinking about rebuilding the server.  Is there a way to do so without losing my current IP address? And any other suggestions much apprecaited.

  It's really a question for your hosting company.  Normally if a VPS or dedicated server is rebuilt by your provider (or their automated systems) you keep the same IP.
