There is a Critical Error on Your Website!
I am trying to login to my website and it's repeadetly showing that there is a critical error on my website. I'm trying to login but the page is stuck on. I don't know if there is a conflict with theme or something like that. It was working fine last time I was logged in but now it's showing the error and I can't even login through cPanel.
I don't it is error or the same is happening with other websites of my niches as well. But this is showing on my website and error is also relating to the download button of DixMax for all platforms. My one competitor is providing download button of DixMax on https://dixmax.com.es and it's working fine.

Hi,
That screenshot you provided is a WordPress generated error - did you check your email (as it instructs) or follow the troubleshooting issues? There might be an error_log file in your web root (public_html folder) giving details about what is causing the issue.
I'm going to hazard a guess (based on the fact you say you cannot login to the cPanel control panel) that your password has been changed (and your WordPress configuration file uses your cPanel username and password instead of a dedicated database user https://support.cpanel.net/hc/en-us/articles/360057550753-How-to-create-a-database-and-database-user-in-cPanel ) . If so, there *might* be an option of the cPanel login page to reset your password via email - if not, you will need to contact your web hosting company for assistance: cPanel (the company ) cannot help with this as they just make the software your web host uses (a bit like the fact Mifare makes bank cards, but if you forget your PIN code you need to contact your bank and not who makes the actual cards).
If you aren't sure who your web host is, check your card statements - you'll probably be paying them on a monthly or yearly basis. If you still aren't sure, then https://docs.cpanel.net/knowledge-base/cpanel-product/how-to-identify-your-hosting-provider/ might help identify them for assistance.
Once your password is updated and you can login into cPanel, it is advisable to create a dedicated database user for your WordPress website (see above) and then update the wp-config.php file that WordPress uses with the new username and password (the database should already exist).
