    The incoming emails from the bank are probably being greylisted.   Look in the Greylisting section of WHM (if you have root access to WHM) and review.   Find the IP addresses of the emails coming from the bank and add them as an exeption in the greylist area so that any time mail is incoming from those IPs, they aren't subject to greylisting.

    And your customer, if they don't like it, can always log into their cPanel and disable greylisting altogether if they want (as long as you have that feature visible to them in their cPanel).

    The greylist option is disabled in WHM, so I don't think that can be the problem.

    I would also like to tell you that I have already placed the bank's domain on the spam filter white list.

    Time to be grepping your /var/log/exim_mainlog for information related to the specific bank domain, IP address, message ID, etc.
