Auto SSL failed

It appears the domain name quyennv.cloud is setup to use Cloudflare's nameservers, but Cloudflare doesn't have entries for the entire subdomain cpanel.quyennv.cloud (mail.cpanel... , www.cpanel... and cpanel.cpanel... are failing for me using https://www.nslookup.io ) so those are failing. If you add that subdomain and the subentries to Cloudflare it should start working.

I wouldn't advise using cpanel.quyennv.cloud as the server automatically sets up a series of subdomains (technically just A/CNAME records - not proper subdomains) for each domain on the server - this is where the mail., ftp. (if enabled), cpanel.entries come from.
Since you are trying to use cpanel.quyennv.cloud as an actual subdomain, WHM/cPanel is creating the sub-entries automatically. It is then trying to create a domain verified (DV) SSL certificate for the entire cpanel.quyennv.cloud domain name (by creating a TXT entry on the DNS records), but since the domain is hosted externally (at Cloudflare), it is unable to do this.
Do the logs show any mention of a "Local HTTP DCV error"? Have you got "cpanel.quyennv.cloud" setup as a subdomain within a cPanel account or as an entire cPanel account?
