Stop LFD "Temporary Block for..." emails

I keep getting these LDF emails about "Blocked: Temporary Block for 800 seconds...".  I know what the problem is and I know its fine.  I want the temp block to happen, I just don't want the email notification.  How do I only disable the email notification?  I'm running WHM 122.0.21.

  Send an email alert if an IP address is blocked due to connection tracking

  Ya, I found that, but its not working. I think I need to restart lfd now too.

  You always need to restart csf/lfd after configuration changes.
