Recover information
I have a problem, the operating system on my hard drive failed and they couldn't repair it, so a new hard drive was installed, unfortunately the last backup of several sites was a month ago, the data center technicians installed the hard drive with the installation damaged on my server, I have access to all the information, my question is how can I recover the information from the old disk, transfer it to the new one, restore the sites but I would like to recover the lost information from that month, try copying the account folder but when I log in I get a forbidden error saying that I do not have the permissions, what could be done to recover that information from the old disk and transfer it to the new one, mainly files and database

It depends on how you made those backups: Was it done by cPanel backup tool? If so then just copy over the "cpmove-accountname.tar.gz" files to /home folder and using "Transfer or Restore cPanel account" you can restore them.
