We are aware of an issue after updating to cPanel versions 11.110.0.65, 11.126.0.21, or 11.128.0.11, some cPanel plugins or features are no longer functioning properly including WP Toolkit. Presently, updates for releases are temporarily disabled while we continue working on a solution for the missing addon features directory. Please see the following article for more information and updates:
Update to latest cPanel 110, 126, or 128 versions removes "addonfeatures" directory.

Guess I should have said minimum recommended.

4GB still seems awfully low, unless you're just not running hardly anything with cPanel.  And with cPanel adding more and more meat to cPanel is (Sitepad, Site Analytics, Immunify... I don't recall off hand what the "cPanel" name for all of this is), 4GB just seems like it's asking for trouble.

Sure, it might RUN on 4GB.  But will you actually be able to do anything with just 4GB - without having to lap over into swap space?

Anybody with actual real world experience using cPanel with 4GB of RAM?

I think 2Gb is suitable only for a cPanel DNSONLY server.
