Can't find real time logs

Where exactly are the real time web logs?  So that when I hard refresh my web page at http://xyz.com/test.html I see a

171.186.71.140 xyz.com [06/05/2024:15:01:58 -0000] "GET test.html HTTP/1.1" 200 0 "https://wahteer" "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; ...

entry.  I see nothing.  no log file such as /usr/local/cpanel/logs/access_log changes at all.

  You can see them for http and https at:
  /var/log/apache2/domlogs/domain
  /var/log/apache2/domlogs/domain-ssl_log
