A record keeps changing back after I update it.

I have an account on my server and I am trying to change an "A" record's IP Address.

 

After I changed it, and it successfully changed and saved, it changes back after a few minutes.

 

It's crazy! What could be doing this?

  A user had implemented CPanel's Dynamic DNS url updater and didn't tell anyone! Ugh!

  I just timed it, It took about one minute before the record was overwritten.
