Cannot upgrade to 11.110.0.53 until needed system packages are installed

On my CentOS 7.9 server, my current cPanel version is 110.0.51, but I see that the latest available version should be 110.0.53.

In the Notifications menu, I see the following blocker message:
"Cannot upgrade to 11.110.0.53 until needed system packages are installed."

Here the last update logs:
[2025-03-01 05:33:18 -0500]   No package boost169-program-options available.
[2025-03-01 05:33:18 -0500] W Error: Nothing to do
[2025-03-01 05:33:18 -0500] E (XID erpct7) “/usr/bin/yum” reported error code “1” when it ended:
[2025-03-01 05:33:19 -0500] E Sysup: Needed system packages were not installed: boost169-program-options

[2025-03-01 05:33:21 -0500] E Blocker found: Cannot upgrade to 11.110.0.53 until needed system packages are installed.
[2025-03-01 05:33:21 -0500] E The install encountered a fatal error: Cannot upgrade to 11.110.0.53 until needed system packages are installed.

Is there an official fix or workaround for this?

  The EPEL repository is required on cPanel servers running RHEL 7-based operating systems:
