Hey there! I did see you created a ticket on this, and I'm sorry we weren't able to help more there, although I would have expected your license provider to resolve this issue.
I don't have a lot of information on my end as I don't have any other reports of this exact error. You could try rebuilding the templates with the following commands:
-make a backup:
mkdir -p /root/template_backup/template_compiles ; mv /var/cpanel/template_compiles/* /root/template_backup/template_compiles
-rebuild the templates:
/usr/local/cpanel/bin/rebuild-templates
Can you try that and see if that helps to get things working? If not, a classic "/scripts/upcp --force" is never a bad idea.
