server time incorrect

hello
server time is wrong

Configure Timezone
Europe/Istanbul set

When I click sync time with time server
it shows the correct time
but when I restart the server it gives the wrong time again.

it shows about 7.5 minutes ahead.
I wonder what causes this problem.

I also sent it as a picture in the attachment.

  Do you know what sort of environment your server is? I assume a VPS - but is it KVM, Linux Containers, VServer, Hyper-V, OpenVZ, VirtualBox, QEMU, SmartOs, Virtuozzo, VMWare, Xen? I have had problems after rebooting (IIRC Xen based) where the clock would drift a bit.

  Which OS are you running and is it configured with a ntp/chrony service which could be autosyncing the time on reboot?
