How to revert files that are not saved completely

Hi,

I need assistance in backing up my some files that's content has been vanished out. I was working on files and when I click to save my code, it showed me a popup that your session has been expired, then I close that window and logged in again in a new window, and when I opened that similar file again so half of the code was missing. I neither have any backup in my system nor on cPanel.

 

Please please help me out, how can I revert my files?

  Hey there!  Were you working inside File Manager when this happened?  I'd recommend writing as much as you can locally, uploading that to the server, and then using the editor tool for smaller edits to the file.

  There isn't going to be a way to restore that typed data as that doesn't get auto-saved anywhere on the system.
