    That's not good.   But I imagine it's probably just that their server that hosts their web/email is down / has failed.   Wasn't long ago that I communicated with Sarah via email.

    Fortunately, www.configserver.com is back up and running as of right now.  So it looks like it was just a server outage or maintenance and nothing to be alarmed about.

    Yes !

    It may have been (Not) planned maintenance . The problem was that you couldn't access the plugin's GUI in WHM.
    Everything is back to normal

    We are ourselves a MSFE user for our company and clients servers
    We are not seeing any kind of embed on the Mailscanner plugin pages happening related to the domain. The only external source we detect on the page is use.fontawesome.com
    See network sources overview below *ignore 1password as that is not related to the service*

    We also have not noticed any downtime with the GUI on our side during the date you mention. You might want to contact them just to be sure it is not a coincidence or a problem that can recur. Regardless I am glad to hear that for the moment all is well again.
