Publish site is not the one I created

Created site with SiteJet builder - however when I publish the content, the "live" site is an older template. I deleted all files and folders, tried again, but keep getting an old template on my site (not the one I wanted) ... a bit stumped on this one ...

  When you deleted all the data did you check if you still saw the old content before adding the new data back instead of after? Because if you did see old content while you verified the public, private folders are empty than it can only mean two things. Either its local cache or its a connected CDN that needs to be purged.
