I can not add domain with path /home/user/something

Hi:
Scenario cpanel  Ubuntu v22.04.5 STANDARD kvm cPanel Version 128.0.17

User has some domain in /home/$USER/domain_path/ 

I like add and new domain in /home/$USER/new_domain/ but interface cpanel show by default

Document Root (File System Location) If the document root is shared then the created domain will serve the same content as “gesport360.com”. This setting is permanent.

Share document root (/home/gesportc/public_html) with “gesport360.com”. ## Its not marked

What is wrong?

  There is a setting in WHM -> Server Configuration -> Tweak Settings -> Domains:
  Restrict document roots to public_html,
  On is the default value.
