/usr/bin/cldetect is missing after removing pkgs after elevate --check

We are elevating our CL8 boxes to CL9.We ran into some issues with a blocker that took a while to work around. Hopefully, this can help somebody who runs into similar issues.

The first time running /scripts/elevate-cpanel --check resulted in identifying the alt-common and webmin-noarch repo pkgs as a blocker:

We removed them per https://support.cpanel.net/hc/en-us/articles/33269839809559-Elevate-blocker-unsupported-YUM-repo-alt-common:

# dnf repo-pkgs alt-common remove
# dnf repo-pkgs webmin-stable-noarch remove

Then we re-ran:

/usr/bin/cldetect is missing.

'/scripts/upcp --sync' nor '/scripts/upcp --force' nor 'dnf update' nor 'dnf install cldetect' help.

It appears cldetect is part of this repo:

    I had posted an update, which seems to have disappeared.

    Essentially, cpanel knows there are issues with elevate. They're working on it.

    Another followup - it seems that elevate to CL9 doesn't recognize mysql governor, so should be removed and replaced by normal mysql/mariadb. We'll be checking that next.
