The service “httpd” appears to be down.
I hope someone can help me. My server provider won't. Because I have a "dedicated" server, they'll only help with networking or hardware issues. And because they hold the license, I can't start a support ticket with cPanel.
My httpd service is stopping a few times a day. I get email notices like the following. When I start looking at log and message files, I'm lost.

The 1st place to look at is Apache error log in:
/etc/apache2/logs/error_logMy best advice is that you cancel the cPanel license, buy license directly from cPanel and open a ticket.
