unable to access cpanel and whm on port 2083 and 2087 respectivily

Hello Support Team,

I am running cPanel & WHM on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS.
I’m currently unable to fetch my Support ID and facing issues with the package manager.
Techincal support needed to resolve issues.

Issue 1: JSON::XS Version Mismatch

When I attempt to retrieve the Support Access ID or run any whmapi1 command, I receive the following error:

JSON::XS object version 4.03 does not match $JSON::XS::VERSION 4.04.

Issue 2: Package Repair Stuck on dpkg Lock

To resolve this, I tried running:
/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/check_cpanel_pkgs --fix

However, the process gets stuck indefinitely with repeated messages such as:

Waiting for exclusive lock to run /usr/bin/dpkg

[2025-10-27 03:55:00 +0000]  Waiting for exclusive lock to run /usr/bin/dpkg
[2025-10-27 03:55:05 +0000]  Waiting for exclusive lock to run /usr/bin/dpkg
[2025-10-27 03:55:10 +0000]  Waiting for exclusive lock to run /usr/bin/dpkg

Could you please advise how to safely resolve the JSON::XS mismatch and release the dpkg lock to allow /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/check_cpanel_pkgs --fix to complete successfully?
so i can get my support id to get technical help from support team?
