Messages disappear from Roundcube minutes after delivery (cPanel + WordPress + WP Mail SMTP)

Hi everyone,

I’m hosting a WordPress site on cPanel. Form submissions (WPForms via WP Mail SMTP) arrive to the mailbox and show up in Roundcube (webmail) but a few minutes later they vanish from Inbox. They don’t go to Junk/Spam, Trash, or Archive; they’re just gone. Has this happened to anyone, and how did you solve it?

  My 1st guess is that they are read by POP3 protocol and deleted.

  If you have root access you can see it in:
  /var/log/maillog
