Almalinux 9.7 / DNSOnly - failed update from WHM 130.0.16 to 130.0.17

Apparently WHM 130.0.17 is out.   I've got an Almalinux 9.7 DNSOnly box, and at 17% it failed the update to 130.0.17 with the following failure info:

    Had no problem upgrading Cloudlinux 8 cPanel (full license) boxes.   Only Almalinux 9.x DNSOnly and CL9 cPanel.   So may be an issue with RHEL-based 9.x servers.

    Similar error on a CL9 / cPanel box, but the digest error was for a different package.

    It's complaining about "No digest data for cpanel-awstats-8.0-3.cp108~el9.noarch.rpm" on a Cloudlinux 9 cPanel full licensed box.

    Apparently ended up being an issue on cPanel EL9 mirrors.   They fixed.  Updates on CL9/Almalinux9 boxes of mine completed just fine.
