WHM - Manage AutoSSL only shows 'Disabled'

Hi,

I'm trying to activate autoSSL of accounts in WHM but there are zero providers showing in my WHM manage autossl. 

I can only see disabled so I cannot use autossl.

How can I fix this. Bought this license directly at cpanel.

  AutoSSL provider RPMs are missing or corrupted

  The provider list is populated by RPMs under /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/SSL/Auto/Provider/.

  If those files are missing or broken, WHM shows zero providers.

  Run the below command and confirm

   

  ls -l /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/SSL/Auto/Provider/

  You should see providers such as:

  • cPanel.pm

  • LetsEncrypt.pm (if enabled)

  If the directory is empty or missing files → this is the root cause.
