Could not install default EA4 profile

Hi,

We can't seem to install a new version of cPanel onto a CloudLinux 8.10 server. We have reinstalled CloudLinux and cPanel multiple times with the same result. We were able to install cPanel twice a few weeks back without issue. 

The error can be seen below:

(ERROR): Could not install default EA4 profile

(FATAL): Failed to install EA4

FATAL): The background process “EA4 Install” failed with a fatal error: The subprocess reported error number 1 when it ended.

(FATAL): The system failed to run the /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/cpanel_initial_install script.

  What do you see if you try to run this directly?

  /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/cpanel_initial_install

  It seems cPanel support fixed by using the following:

   

  /usr/local/bin/ea_install_profile --install /etc/cpanel/ea4/profiles/vendor/cloudlinux/nophp.json

  /scripts/check_cpanel_pkgs

  /scripts/upcp
