not able to login at server due to http service off

There as a message for upgrade from my whm panel. I tryed but upgrade inclompleted. After that all my server's service is down. 

80/tcp   closed http
110/tcp  closed pop3
143/tcp  closed imap
443/tcp  closed https

993/tcp  closed imaps
995/tcp  closed pop3s
8443/tcp closed https-alt

20/tcp   closed ftp-data

How can i get access on this server as hetzner said they will not help here as server and network is running.

  Have you tried running:

  /scripts/upcp --force

  from the command line/terminal (as root) to see if it fixes the upgrade. If it fails again, please provide the full output (or at least the last dozen lines or so) for diagnostics.

  You should be able to try and restart the services (if they are actually down) from WHM or the command line.
