Email Delivery Issue on cPanel - Domain Emails for my site Are Not Working
Hello everyone,
I'm experiencing an email issue with my website hosted on cPanel.
The problem is that emails are either not being delivered, not being received, or failing intermittently. I've already checked the basic settings, but the issue still persists.
Here are the details:
- Domain: spellbees.us
- Hosting: cPanel
- Email accounts are created successfully.
- SMTP/IMAP settings appear to be correct.
- SSL is enabled.
- DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM) appear to be configured correctly.
- The issue affects both sending and receiving emails.
Could someone please advise:
- Which logs should I check first (Exim, Mail Delivery Reports, etc.)?
- Are there any common cPanel configuration issues that could cause this?
- Is there a way to verify whether the server is blocking outgoing mail or if the messages are being rejected by the recipient?
- What additional troubleshooting steps would you recommend?
If you need any additional information (mail logs, DNS records, or cPanel version), I'll be happy to provide it.
Thank you for your help.

Look like you are using CloudFlare for DNS. Turn off proxying for the MX record and any mail related DNS records. (i.e. no orange cloud). CloudFlare proxying does not work for mail.

You're missing a DNS entry in Cloudflare for DKIM signing
a. log into cPanel
b. navigate to Email Delivery
c. Find your DKIM key (left side of DNS record is default._domainkey.spellbees.us)
d. add that TXT record to Cloudflare DNS
default._domainkey.spellbees.us. IN TXT "v=DKIM1; blah blah blah blah"
If you sent outbound mails, are any of them received at any remote email address? Or are unable to send ANY outbound email?
