Hi everyone,

We would like to ask for some clarification regarding a Spamhaus listing/blocking issue that we are currently experiencing.

Our mail server is being blocked by some recipient mail servers with a message indicating that an IP address is listed by Spamhaus. However, when we check our actual outbound mail server IP, it does not match the IP address shown in the Spamhaus listing.

  Maybe your mailserver is configured to send its email to a Smarthost belonging to your hosting provider (for them to catch outbound spam, hijacked accounts), and maybe it is that smarthost that is blocked.
