Update: I disabled "TLS Encryption Support" in WHM and I am not able to FTP to the server via both its LAN and WAN IP addresses (Progress!!) but still not via a domain name.

"Server not found" would indicate a bigger connection issue between your location and the server. Are you able to visit the site in a browser? No. The default domain for cPanel is domain1.com....

Could you post a screenshot of the error? I could but it would not help in this case. The error is coming from my FTP program, and the only thing it says is "Server not found".
