The error was correctly reported by LFD and the task gpg-agent was also top of list in taking all resources in processmanager.

No that file is not there. No, the user did not generate a key. A full reboot of the server made the error go away.

I have exactly the same configuration and this error started to show up with some of my customers (out of dozens) since 14/05. I have no idea what is causing this.
