SOLR was working (so not stopped) on tzdata-java v11 jre-11 after the patch. But using high resources. Reverted back to Jre-1.8.0 and restarted Solr bur remains using high resources

I can confirm i have the exact same problem. Almalinux 8.10. Did not find a solution yet.

The error was correctly reported by LFD and the task gpg-agent was also top of list in taking all resources in processmanager.

No that file is not there. No, the user did not generate a key. A full reboot of the server made the error go away.

I have exactly the same configuration and this error started to show up with some of my customers (out of dozens) since 14/05. I have no idea what is causing this.
