I confirm it is cagefs, neither php install and dependencies nor mod_ruid2 disabled allow WP to be installed... maybe there is a fix for CageFS on latest cpanel? - im running v94.02

The other option which worked for me was reenable Apache module mod_ruid2, and disable Cloudlinux Cage, then reenable cage once finished installing. For future install of wp i will monitor for an...
