cPRex I contacted the server and they said no error was found. I'm suspecting a plugin is causing this situation

@cPRex Do you think if I don't have root access someone changed the code in Cpanel that makes this happen? Or is this caused by plugins? Thanks

Do you have root access? is there any scripts maybe in crontab which could change/reset the password every 6 hours? Hello Andrew. How do I know I have root access. Thanks
