You need to increase your PHP memory limit. At the moment, it is set to 32M, which doesn't appear to be enough for you. Edit your php.ini file (or create one) and set the memory_limit to 64M.

Good to see all is working now. Normally Email ports are by default open on CSF, might be someone had made some changes.

@cPanelMichael i don't want my client access via SSH. i allow only backup via FTP or FTPS... hope cPanel can add this feature to next version. That would be a good addition in features.
