There is no setting for this in the cPanel product. That includes WebHost Manager, yes. Have you spoken with your Hosting Provider about this?

Hi, The upload speed in ftp is 33 kios/s, who to increase the speed to 150 kios/s in whm ? Thank you :) There are no settings for this sort of thing in cPanel.
