Oh I noticed something, the notification is coming from the old server where the domain name was previously hosted. Really sorry.. Thanks anyway glad that it was sorted out. :)

I checked the Auto SSL log, this is the result: there are no errors related to ssl certs in those logs.

You could try freshclam, or try removing and installing the clamav plugin from WHM.

Please whitelist the source server IP on the sql server for SQL connections. Also check if outgoing sql connections are allowed on the source server, most probably, this is an issue with firewall.
