I believe this is not possible yet. But you could add a feature request, if there isn't one already.

Do you have root access? Check which users are using the disk space, delete files that are not needed, these should help.

You have to ssh into the server as root user to access the file. Or make use of the Track Delivery option in cPanel Email tab.

You cannot find it in cpanel. You will have to login to the server as root user.

Yes, syncing the emails on both servers should work. Make sure that the permissions are ownership are correct after syncing.
