Have you looked at Google's postmaster tools? They have their own specific TXT entry to add to your DNS.

I am having the same problem. I managed to block qq.com, but now +10 messages per minute (!!) queue up replying "Messages from this domain are blocked." I keep getting warnings about the queue bein...
