They can access it using FTP by using the IP address and their username and password. Or to access cPanel use IP address/cpanel example

If your running easyApache 4 check in /etc/apache2/logs/error_log

Check for errors in the address bar, is the padlock green or shows a warning? any certificate errors? Check your log files grep username /etc/apache2/logs/error_log

The default comression level is 6 but how high can you set it to? 10? 99?
