I have done that and it helped. But it still has our PushBullet token and is happily sending notifications. Sadly, we're using one token network wide so wiping this one out would require refreshing...

Updating this in case someone else runs into it. It's internal case CPANEL-36667, which is a year old. Basically, known problem, not fixed, no workaround. Joy oh joy.
