Datacenters only sell cPanel licenses for their customers, i.e. if they host your dedicated server or VPS you may be able to get cPanel license from them, for lower price.

This command mv /var/cpanel/hostname_cert_csrs{,.cpbkp} -v moves directory /var/cpanel/hostname_cert_csrs/ to /var/cpanel/ hostname_cert_csrs.cpbkp that is just making a backup of that directory...

That is a known issues, you can ignore that. It does not mean it is doing update, it means that updates will come from CloudLinux.

I believe he means "manual update", which you can do in command line: /scripts/upcp or in WHM -> cPanel -> Upgrade to Latest Version
-
If you have "PermitRootLogin" set in 2 lines the last one is used. In sshd_config there are no "sections", just settings.
-
It should be in WHM -> Plugins -> ConfigServer Security & Firewall. It updates automatically.

For handling Exim email queue I'd suggest ConfigServer Mail Queues:

Assuming that is from CSF/LFD, you can ignore that in /etc/csf/csf.fignore

Ok Will try soon... Required server reboot after set in php...? No, just save after you change the line.. and btw forgot to say it's in WHM -> Software -> MultiPHP INI Editor -> Editor Mode
-
PHP time you set in WHM -> Software -> MultiPHP INI Editor, (for each PHP version you use) default is date.timezone = "UTC" so you'd want to set it to: date.timezone = "Europe/Athens"
