@pineyscripter - have you possibly changed SSL providers, such as moving from Sectigo to Let's Encrypt? If so, the server may not be configured to overwrite certificates issued by other providers...

Thanks - I removed both lines from the crontab and then used WHM / Configure cPanel Cron Jobs / Command: upcp to reset the entry and that put the 'fix' entry into the crontab.
