Okay thanks for the effort to solve this problem by opening a case. Anyways I have moved my emails out of cPanel to dedicated email hosting as my emails were also landing on spam folder

I went to the manage SSL and I found all the domains, subdomain, host where SSL is installed. But I could not find the mail.subdomain.domain.com in the list

I tried the above command as given by @cPanelChristine but it showed that both my subdomain and domain is having a valid SSL and everything is correct
