Those are inbound connections to your FTP server, not outbound to someone else's ftp server. If you feel that is an attack you can block them with IPTables.

I don't use OVH, but I have seen some places that do not allow you to set an rDNS that does not resolve, does your hostname resolve? It should consist of three parts, as in something.domain.tld

You need to ask OVH to set your rDNS to your server hostname. You cannot do this yourself.

Well, that is where they would be getting saved then. Perhaps your site is not generating session files, or perhaps its cleaning them up when done with them (which is what is supposed to happen)

Take a look at phpinfo() and see where it says the sessions are being stored.
