Does this update upgrade the database ? because it thought that was manully done. Also i have had operating system package updates to never update. So is it safe to turn this back on now.

OS Package Updates are separate from the WHM version. So if i click never update on Daily updates & never update on operating system packages updates for now will that stop them until it's sorted.
